All Backyard Fun uses a variety of shipping companies to ensure the timeliness of your orders. As our warehouses are located across the states, to expedite your delivery, your order might ship separately on different carriers. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. Please use the list below to track your shipment by choosing the appropriate carrier that is referenced on your Invoice and simply enter your tracking number on the corresponding website address. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your shipping and tracking information.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have freight (large outdoor furniture) please inspect your items before the carrier leaves and sign your BOL with your name and a note ‘pending full inspection’.
Accepting delivery of any damaged freight and failing to notify the driver or signing the freight bill at time of delivery means you have signed off on the freight and will be responsible for all charges incurred thereafter.
